Poker Table Bookings
Booking Process
Poker tables can be reserved through the website or by contacting the restaurant directly. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Brass & Willow. A valid contact method is required to complete a booking.

Cancellation and No-Show
If you need to cancel or modify your poker table booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to arrive without notice may result in restrictions on future bookings. Brass & Willow reserves the right to release unconfirmed tables after a grace period.
Table Conduct
Poker tables at Brass & Willow are for social, in-person play only.
- No betting, wagering, or exchange of money is permitted at any poker table.
- Chips are provided as table props and have no monetary value.
- Players must follow the instructions of Brass & Willow staff at all times.
CARD LOUNGE
Card Lounge Access
Eligibility
The card lounge is open to guests aged 18 years and over. Valid identification may be required for entry. Brass & Willow reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.
Lounge Conduct
Guests in the card lounge are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Disruptive or abusive behavior will result in removal from the premises. The card lounge is a non-smoking area.
GROUP EVENINGS
Group Evenings and Events
Group Bookings
Group bookings for poker nights or private events require advance arrangement with Brass & Willow. A minimum number of guests may apply. Custom arrangements may be subject to additional terms agreed in writing.
Event Conduct
All guests attending group events must comply with these Terms and Conditions. The organizer is responsible for the conduct of their group. Brass & Willow may terminate an event if terms are breached.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food and Beverage
Menu Availability
Menu items are subject to seasonal availability and may change without notice. Brass & Willow will endeavor to accommodate dietary requirements where possible. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Alcohol Service
Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Australian law. Proof of age may be required. Brass & Willow reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol.
